2. Excellent sealing, low-temperature flexibility and pressure resistance, which improves the NVH performance of the whole vehicle;
3. Self owned brand butyl rubber recognized in the industry.
799 hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive
It is suitable for door water retaining film bonding and sealing, EPDM water stop bonding, general assembly and material composite;
1. Low odor, low VOC, meet the environmental protection requirements of the host plant, and do not solidify for life;
2. The cohesion and adhesive force are large, and the substrate has wide adaptability. It can have good adhesive force with EPDM, EVA, XPE, steel plate and concrete;
3. It has excellent sealing and waterproof performance.
2、 Common installation process of waterproof membrane:
1. The roll adhesive strip and waterproof membrane are supplied separately, and the adhesive tape is pasted first, and then the waterproof membrane is pasted by the general assembly site of the main engine factory:
Advantages: small equipment investment in the early stage, no transportation risk of waterproof membrane, low transportation and packaging costs, and stable size of adhesive strip.
Disadvantages: low efficiency of manual assembly.
2. The manufacturer of waterproof membrane will first pre coat butyl rubber on the waterproof membrane, cover it with release paper and supply the waterproof membrane assembly with glue to the main engine factory (an article will be published later to focus on the supporting design of Kejian waterproof membrane assembly):
Advantages: high efficiency of manual assembly.
Disadvantages: the equipment investment in the early stage is large, the transportation and packaging costs of waterproof membrane are high, and the rubber strip is easy to be compressed and deformed.
3. The main engine factory directly adds butyl glue applicator to the door line. First apply butyl glue to the door panel, and then paste waterproof membrane:
Advantages: high manual assembly efficiency, no transportation risk for glue and waterproof membrane, and almost unaffected by environmental factors.
Disadvantages: in the early stage, the main engine factory has a large investment, which requires the support of the factory and the workstation, or the assembly line needs to be optimized.
3、 Installation process description of waterproof membrane
Product installation process requirements:
Sheet metal surface: electrophoretic sheet metal, free of dust, grease and water stains;
Construction temperature (temperature of waterproof membrane parts):5 ~ 40 degrees;
Baking in winter: the average temperature in the oven is 30 ℃, the open oven is set to 50 ℃, and the parts are stored for 20-30 minutes;
Press pressure: 2kg roller rolling, positive pressure.
Installation method:
1. First, position the upper two points of the waterproof membrane, and pre paste the upper part;
2. The lower part is pasted with the upper edge of the glue aligned with the lower edge of the drainage hole;
3. The whole circle of glue is pressed and pre pasted to the sheet metal by hand;
4. Roll with 2kg roller, take the starting point of the upper glue as the starting point of rolling, and roll one circle in one direction.
5. The dashed arrow shows the key waterproof area to avoid the folding of the waterproof membrane and ensure that it is rolled in place.
